We begin our Turkey Study Tour from Antioch!
Join us as we walk the land and visit the cities mentioned in the book of Acts. Explore the places where early Christians meet and the cities of Christ’s Messages to the 7 Churches in the book of Revelation.
Witness the transformative power of the Bible as we immerse ourselves in scripture discussions on-site whilst walking through these historical sites. Join us in bringing the Scriptures to life through this enriching experience.
Tour Outline - 14 Days
Day 1–3 - Travel, Tarsus, Adana, Antakya, Seleucia
Meet at Changi Airport for our night flight to Istanbul and connect to Tarsus. After arrival, we will visit sites in Tarsus, then drive to Antakya and check into our hotel in Antakya.
Next morning, we will begin our visit in Antakya (Antioch) visiting the Antakya Archaeology Museum, the grotto Church of St Peter, Seleucia Peiria, the port town from which Paul & Barnabas departed & returned on their 1st missionary journey. We will then drive to Adana & overnight in Adana and the next day, visit sites in Adana before driving to Cappadocia and overnight in Cappadocia.
Days 4-5 - Cappadocia
We will spend the next 2 days in Cappadocia with an optional hot air balloon ride. Sites we will visit while in Cappadocia: Goreme, Zelve Valley, Kaymakli (underground city), Uchisar Castle, etc. We will then drive to Iconium and overnight in Konya.
Days 6-8 - Iconium, Perga, Antalya
Today we will visit the ancient acropolis in Konya’s city centre and visit the archeological museum with inscriptions mentioning Iconium, Lystra, and Derbe. We will then begin our drive to Antalya, stopping at Perga on the way. In Antalya, we will see Hadrian’s Gate, the ancient Roman mausoleum, Antalya’s renowned archaeological museum, visit the port that Paul & Barnabas sailed from at the end of their 1st missionary journey.
Days 9–12 - Colossae, Laodicea, Hieropolis, Pamukkale, Philadephia, Sardis, Smyrna (Izmir), Thyatira, Pergamon, Ephesus
For the next 4 days, we will visit the sites of the 7 Churches of Revelation and other important sites along the way. We will then fly to Istanbul and overnight.
Days 13 - Istanbul
Today in Istanbul, we will take the Bosphorus River cruise and visit the Hippodrome Square, Hagia Sophia, Istanbul Archeology Museum and the Grand Bazaar.
After dinner, we’ll transfer to the airport for a night departure. We will arrive Singapore Changi Airport in the late afternoon on 06 October.
Note: Hotels, sites and routes are subject to change based on local conditions and availability. Should this occur substitutions of similar value will be arranged.

Full tour package price includes: airfare, tolls, parking fees, breakfast & dinner, double sharing accommodations at 4/5 star hotels, entrance fees to all sites mentioned in the itinerary, tips for guide, driver & hotel staff , top class government licensed English-speaking tour guide, all transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary by private, deluxe, air-conditioned coach.

Full tour price excludes: airport taxes & fuel surcharges (*estimated at S$640), expenses of a personal nature, and travel insurance.

Land‑only tour price: Includes all items in the full tour package except airfare, as well as personal expenses and travel insurance.

Note: the domestic flight from Izmir to Istanbul on Day 12 is included in land only tour price.

Precept Singapore has made every effort to price this as a complete tour package. However, should additional charges arise that have not been included in the tour package price, these charges will be the responsibility of each tour participant. General Terms and Conditions (Ref: 20BC-H2)
Participants who signed up for the tour are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms & conditions:
A. Reservations & Payment Schedule

To reserve a place for this tour, please submit the reservation form (either physical or online) along with a $1,000 deposit per person at the time of reservation.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: For those booking 'Land Only Package', please do not purchase your air ticket till further notice from us. -
A minimum of 20 participants is required for the tour to proceed.

The 2nd payment of S$2,728 per person (plus single supplement of S$1,210, if applicable) will be requested once we reach the minimum capacity to proceed, or by July 2026 — whichever comes sooner.

For Full Tour Package participants, the 3rd and final payment (airfare and taxes) will be required in August 2026.

The tour group size may be around 20 to 40-plus people.
B. Cancellations

In the event that Precept Ministries (Singapore) has to cancel the tour due to insufficient sign-ups or unforeseen circumstances arising on our part, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid us.

In the event that you cancel your booking and notify Precept Ministries (Singapore) in writing; or
In the event that this tour, after being confirmed to proceed, is unable to proceed eventually, or is disrupted, or to be cancelled at any point in time due to situation arising that is beyond our control (for example, political, riots, strikes, disaster, Covid-19 or similar outbreaks and related situations like travel restrictions, etc.),-
we will endeavour to work with the respective vendors to see if any form of refund is possible. However, this is not a guarantee and it depends on case by case basis.

C. Travel Insurance

You are advised to purchase travel insurance immediately after you have made your 2nd payment to us. This is also to cover any claims that may arise including the following:

In the event that you are unable to go for the tour due to any situation arising (including the aforesaid) or any emergencies arising.

There were indeed past cases where participants have made all the payments but subsequently had to cancel their tour due to emergencies arising at home and they could only try to recover cost from their insurance company.

To cover unforeseen emergency expenses that you may incur during the tour including any hospitalisation or other situations.

D. Possible Changes
-
Changes in airline schedules or local conditions may require hotels, itineraries, routings and even airlines, or flight schedules to be changed. Should this occur, we will endeavour to substitute with other reasonable arrangements.
