About Dr Tjin Swee Chuan
Dr. Tjin holds First Class Honours in Physics and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Currently, he is the President’s Chair of Optics and Photonics at NTU's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, specializing in fibre optics and biophotonics. He also serves as a deacon at Queenstown Baptist Church and is the Chairman of the Board of Precept Singapore.
