Rev Stephen Lim, Outreach Director of Precept Singapore, has over 20 years of experience training leaders in Asia to conduct discussion-based Bible studies using the Precept method. With theological training from Emmanuel Baptist Bible College and Tennessee Temple University, Stephen also holds a Business Administration degree. He was ordained at Woodland Park Baptist Church in 1999. Stephen and his wife Grace, married since 1989, play a key role in Precept's regional trainings and office expansion across Asia. They have two children, Zachary, 32, and Alisa, 26.
